RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No monetary refunds will be given. Due to the time put in, and material cost, you will be given the opportunity to confirm that you are happy with how your order turned out.
Item replacement is available if, and only if, an item is broken during the shipping and delivery process. In order to be eligible for a replacement item, a contact support form must be filled out within 5 days of the delivery date. Once the form is submitted, allow 48 hours for a response. At this point, we will discuss the issue(s) further, and we may request a picture be submitted. You may also be asked to return the damaged item before a replacement is given.
Items damaged during the shipping process will be replaced at no additional cost to you, we want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. You will need to allow time for your new product to be made. As soon as your product is made and a new shipping label is created, a delivery date will be given.
SHIPPING INFO
All items are started AFTER each order is placed. All items take different amounts of time (listed in the description of each item), so the ship-out date for each item will vary. When your order is fulfilled, we will reach out to you to let you know a ship-out date, and an estimated delivery date.

All orders are shipped USPS, you should allow at least 3 days for your order to arrive once it is sent out. A tracking number may also be given for your convenience.
CREATIVE FREEDOM POLICY
Before placing your order with us, it is your responsibility to make sure you include anything you want, or don’t want, in the design of your order. You will be asked to select the color(s) you want, among other design options, and the rest is up to us! If you feel the need to specify anything else applying to your order, or have any unanswered questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: stayweirdandresin@yahoo.com. We want to make sure your product is everything you want it to be.
When placing your order, you may be as specific, or as broad as you would like to be. The more specific you are, the less creative freedom we have, the broader you are, the more creative freedom we have.
Please note that no two items are ever going to turn out exactly the same. All items are handmade, this means that, although we strive for perfection, there may be imperfections.
